Campaigns
Batch messaging campaigns targeting vendor segments
How campaigns work
A campaign is a named marketing effort with a defined audience, type, and optional trigger. Campaigns are not automatic — they run once when launched (or on a scheduled date). Use triggers for recurring automated messages.
Targets an existing vendor cohort — reactivation pushes, ops blitzes, broadcast messages. No signup URL. Tag a segment before the campaign runs, then measure delivery activity in the window after. Cost: ₦0 media spend (internal outreach).
Tracks signups from paid or owned links via utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign parameters. Every vendor who registers through the link is attributed to this campaign. Cost: ad spend imported from Meta/Google.
Click-to-WhatsApp Meta ads. The ad opens a WhatsApp conversation directly — no landing page. Attribution uses the referral object Meta sends in the webhook. RAYA tags the conversation and carries it to the vendor record on signup.
A campaign can be linked to a Segment (who receives it) and a Trigger (what message is sent and via which channel). Campaigns without a trigger are drafted and sent manually.
