Quoted price is max(km band, time band) plus a per-kg weight surcharge. An empty band table for a tier falls back to the hardcoded default table in pricing.ts — clear all rows to intentionally revert to defaults rather than deleting the rule. Service fee and commission are resolved the same way: this zone's rule, then the global rule, then the standard rate for the tier (Economy 5%/5%, Same-Day/Express/Local 5%/10%) — identical for every source client (API, mobile, WhatsApp).
