How cadences work

The trigger engine runs every 15 minutes and evaluates each active cadence against all vendor profiles. When a vendor matches the condition and is not on cooldown, the action fires automatically.

send_whatsapp

Sends a WhatsApp template message via Meta. Costs ₦80/message.

send_email

Sends a transactional email via Brevo. ₦0/message — covered by subscription.

send_sms

Sends an SMS via Termii. Costs ₦6/message.

create_intervention

Opens a manual ops intervention for a team member to follow up. No cost.

webhook

POSTs trigger context to an external URL.
